The whole experience was over within 10 minutes but as I arrived early and was seen straight away I didn’t mind. I was however a little shocked that I was sold some ear solution for £10 and told it costs the same outside to find out I could have brought it anywhere else for under £4. Nonetheless I was happy with things so far.
