This was my second colonic and I have to say, it was fantastic. I was really struggling after having a period of weight gain and some recent socialising which meant I had been overeating and felt so overloaded, I was badly in need of a reset. The experience was different to the first time and I found it quite intense in parts but overall it has been so beneficial, the next day I was energised and went for a huge walk. Thanks so much and I'll be back again soon!
