The staff were really lovely and friendly as soon as you arrived to try and make sure you were comfortable. My hairdresser made a point to really listen to what I wanted and to also offer suggestions. Definitely pleased with my haircut.

The salon is has a friendly atmosphere and my cut and blow dry were good. The reason for my low score is because I had to wait for nearly 30 minutes for my appointment and wasn't even offered a glass of water or magazines while I was waiting. Also, my hair colour turned out much, much darker than I had asked for and I am now going to be visiting a different salon to fix it. I asked for highlights to brighten my hair up for summer. The stylist mentioned having lowlights which I agreed to, but I wasn't shown colours beforehand, it just didn't feel like a very good service. My hair looks really dark and in places is a strange green/gray colour which I didn't notice until I stepped out into the natural light.
