The salon is has a friendly atmosphere and my cut and blow dry were good. The reason for my low score is because I had to wait for nearly 30 minutes for my appointment and wasn't even offered a glass of water or magazines while I was waiting. Also, my hair colour turned out much, much darker than I had asked for and I am now going to be visiting a different salon to fix it. I asked for highlights to brighten my hair up for summer. The stylist mentioned having lowlights which I agreed to, but I wasn't shown colours beforehand, it just didn't feel like a very good service. My hair looks really dark and in places is a strange green/gray colour which I didn't notice until I stepped out into the natural light.

Lucci was my stylist, she listened carefully to what i wanted, and gave me quality knowledgeable ideas based on that. She took her time and the outcome was exactly what i wanted, and at a high quality. Would highly recommend this salon, and her as a stylist.

I got exactly what I asked for and as I have long hair this isn't normally the case. Very happy with my cut. Will defiantly be back!

Shop was quite quiet when I arrived which was nice. I got an excellent cut and I felt like the hairdresser took time to listen to what I needed and gave good advice. I will definitely be back.

Lucci was very thorough. She spent a lot of time making sure I got what I wanted. I left the salon with a very good cut and finish, I will definitely be returning.
