I've tried so much to help with a shoulder problem which has been interrupting my sleep - after my first treatment I slept for the first time with only one wakeup instead of my normal 3-4. Sleep is so fundamental to how I feel that it's amazing to me that I've been able to get a more normal sleep pattern back. My range of movement is increasing too - very happy with progress

Best message in town. I wish I had tried Angell’s a long time ago. As well as an excellent massage, Sophie offered practical and kind advice about various issues she picked up on. I genuinely felt looked after. Would not hesitate to recommend or book again.

Sophie was wonderful. It was my first experience of acupuncture and she made the whole session extremely comfortable and enjoyable.

The best massage I have had in a very long time. My neck has been bothering me for a while, and after a lot of attention, it feels as good as new. Really fantastic and expert massage. I will be back.
