I have had the worst experience ever, I had booked on Treawell. On the day of my appointment I received a call from the Salon asking me to change my appointment to 1.30pm. So I got there at 1.20pm the lady tells me I am running late and you might have to wait another 30 minutes. I said ok I will wait, and 15 minutes later she asks me how much I had paid on treatwell. And then tells me I have another appointment at 2pm that I have to honor before yours as my customers comes. Totally unacceptable!

I had good overall experience. The treatment is not a pure massage, it is a combination of cleansing, exfoliation and face massage.
