Great massage but I did want a bit more of a rigorous massage rather than relaxing. My masseuse did ask me about the pressure and did apply more when I said more but it still was not that rigorous. Maybe next time I will get a sports massage instead of a deep tissue one.

Stung a bit but I’m not familiar with mani/pedis so I don’t if that is normal. I have sensitive skin
I arrived at around10:00 as planned and the lady in there told me that the beautician would arrive at 11:00. She wasn’t apologetic at all, she told me that I had to wait as if I had time to waste. I have my fault because I booked only the evening before, but if you already know that the beautician won’t be present before 11:00 don’t allow people to book before!!! I am on a very busy schedule!!! The shellac manicures generally last 3 weeks for me, this one barely 10 days!
The service was good although the lashes were not worth the £15 they came off as soon as I left the salon. I do not recommend the cluster lashes.
