I booked and paid through the treatwell app, but the salon staff didn’t see the booking so I had to wait 30mins while the beautician drove in. They were very apologetic and friendly, but the wax itself was not great. I’ve got burns on my thighs and still some patches of hair.
The hairdresser was not in and I had booked online unfortunately she's only in Friday and Saturday. No one inform the customer prior.
I booked an appointment with Trung who normally does my nails only to be told he’s on “holiday”.. this is the 3rd time this has happened to me. I think Trung has left. Ruhi did my nails but they didn’t last past 2 weeks. Normally they last for a good few weeks. My nails weren’t done properly. Not happy and won’t be returning.
