The staff are nice and the cat was v cute. Seemed a bit chaotic while I was there. I'm not a girly girl so I could have done with a bit more of an explanation of the process of pedicures as I've never had one before.
I went in there with low expectations after reading all the comments online, the salon was like a sauna and the therapist was running behind so i had to leave and go back after 45 min despite having booked.
I booked the shellac removal and the therapist just filed it off,I could basically had done that myself instead of paying £7 plus it was really painful. I told her it was painful and she said next time she would use a different removal method.
The rest of the manicure was really good - she didn't apply it lumpy like some other do and it was pretty neat.
I left the place with my nails all bleeding and I’m still in pain. The hygiene was almost not existing and my appointment was delayed.
TERRIBLE FOR EYELASH PERM!!!!!!! I have been here 3 times now. First time they were ok. Second time they were rubbish as some eyelashes were going up and some were going down. Third time they didn’t even look like they had been done whatsoever they were completely straight! They are understaffed and every time I have had them done, the woman had done other peoples treatments e.g. nails at the same time leaving me in the room alone. Always takes longer than 45 minutes, this last one taking an hour and a half. And she was also 30 minutes late starting me so refused to pay. DO NOT GO HERE FOR LASHES, completely unprofessional and only one woman there who does it. Needs more staff and better client service.
