I had a Brazilian wax and my skin was burnt and red after. I don't recommend it.

Requested loose waves (and showed the stylist Emma a photo of my hair last time it was permed with loose waves). She agreed to do this. I left with incredibly tight poodle curls, which I was told would drop within a week. It’s been over 2 months and I still look like a poodle that’s been electrocuted. I did email the salon regarding this to see if there was any way it could be fixed, but because they’re an incredibly professional business they ignored this.
The stylist also spent half of the appointment on her phone, which was great.
