The therapist seemed very reluctant to use hot wax, even though I had paid for it, and was also very inexperienced at using it - it was applied to a very sensitive part when it was too hot, many times. Throughout the appointment, which I was undressed, she tried to convince me to change to strip wax, even though I insisted I preferred hot wax. I also had to ask the beautician to leave the room as I was about to get dressed, otherwise she was going to stay in the room.

This was my first time to Angels and I'll be a returning customer. Competent and friendly customer service with Lisa front of house. I had ruhi doing my shellac and she was fab. Angels has a full range of shellac colours so I could pick anything off the colour wheel. They also have an extensive amount of treatments available including threading so ruhi did my eyebrows straight after my nails - best threading and shaping I've had in a while. Customer service was excellent - I have been to so many beauty salons where you are made to feel that the beautician is doing you a favor, but angels is not like that at all.
