I was satisfied, the lady was very nice and actually everyone was, the place looks very nice, it will certainly surprise you from what you see outside and the area. Beautiful massage room, kinda private room for your hair to be done, which is great. The price was £15, I mean c'mon! That's great! And I got exactly what I needed. The truth is I did help to shape the nails myself the way I like it, but I really don't mind. I always know what I like and I understand sometimes it is not easy for others to understand fully and not easy to explain.
Do I recommend? Yes. Will I be back? Yes, I might be. It is not my preferred location, but if I'm around, I'll definitely pay another visit.

The facials were lovely an refreshing, the staff were really nice and I will recommend this place for any teenagers looking for a Dermalogica facial :)
