Asked for ombré and walked out a vibrant shade of orange - im already blonde and my roots are a dark blonde so I have no idea how this has happened. I’ll be contacting them to either fix it or get a refund.

Great experience. The stylist took the time to discuss the best shade for me which she nailed. Felt very much at ease throughout. Love the cut and colour and it was very reasonably priced. Will definitely go back. Thank you!
