The service was good and the haircut itself. I found the haircut length desired was shorter than initially expected but overall was a good cut. The only thing I’d say needs improvement is the hair washing station. I found my neck to be severely uncomfortable in the bowl and was unable to lean long enough for it. Otherwise overall experience was good

Last time I came I got the best haircut I ever got, this time not good. I said I wanted to grow out my layers so I was happy for a bit of length to be taken off but only trim the layers to even the hair out. Hairdresser trimmed the length and took 2.5 inches off the layers! My hair isn’t thick enough for short layers. Hair now looks really thin at the bottom and the top layer comes all the way up to my cheekbones. They still haven’t grown out 2.5 months later. Disappointed.
