It was clean and tidy. The atmosphere was ok but I was concerned one staff member was upset in the open salon.
I was greeted upon entering, it was pleasant enough, no general chit chat however and I did try and engage. That's fine if people don't want to chat.
I showed the person doing my hair a picture that was full of volume, she advised me she would try. No product was added to the roots of my hair, mousse only, onto the ends. For volume this is not suitable. It was flat on leaving.
