I was upset when I got home to realise that my eye lid had scabbed and been cut by the wax pulling off the skin. I felt it hurt during the wax but I just thought it was a bit sore. She said I had sensitive skin and that she had bruised me. I have never had a problem before with any other beautician and normally have my eyebrows waxed every month. I was really dissapointed after seeing good reviews on treatwell.
