Disappointing experience considering good reviews - very painful wax and no care taken to try to reduce pain or ask if I was happy with it. Paid for high bikini but only given basic bikini (sides only) - only reason I didn’t say anything is because it was so painful I didn’t want to continue any further. Didn’t clean up properly so skin was very sticky and uncomfortable afterwards as well as visibly bruised.
