The venue & the massage were fine. The issue is it is advertised as 60 minute massage. My appointment was at 11am, I was taken through at 11.11am (not a problem waiting as they had explained the situation when I arrived). By the time the massage started 11.15am (after I had undressed etc.) I was shocked when Chloe said it was finished at 11.35am. Making it a 20 minute, massage not 60 minutes as advertised. I was back home by 12pm, which is when the massage should of finished - if started on tim
