The service was ok; however getting home I noticed a pain on my heel where the skin had been taken down too low which is not what you want, or what I used to.
I thought having staff talk in English then intermittently in another language was a thing of the past so again something I'm used to or particularly appreciate.

The salon was conveniently located on a busy street in Hammersmith. However, it was quite messy and smelled of acrylic, acetone and chemicals (yes, it’s a nail salon). The staff was courteous however it was overall dusty so the place could have been better cleaned. I did a shellac pedicure and hygiene regarding cleaning of the bowl was observed. The salon had only 3 stylists; at least 5-6 customers so there was a wait. I waited less b/c I had already an appointment and prepaid . Colors ok.

I wanted to get some extra nail art done on top of my dip powder and Max was able to accommodate on the spot. I'm really particular about the shape of my nails and Max was happy to do even the tiniest of files. Lovely people, will defo come again!
