I am not someone who doesy nails regularly at all. I went into the salon for the first time and Max was so welcoming and lovely. He supported me to choose a pretty colour and really took the time to care and do my nails. It was a lovely and relaxing experience. I now have the most beautiful nails for my holiday. Booked an appointment to remove Shellac (first time getting it done) and had the worst experience. My nails are left very damaged - they filed through my top layer of natural nail to the point where it's near bleeding and so so sensitive. I think the young gentleman doing it was very inexperienced.
A 20 min simple shellac removal turned into 45 mins.
No masks were worn by any of the employees in the salon.
