I explained to Ania my problem areas and she knew immediately what she felt she needed to do to help. The massage was excellent, not only did it help ease tension and loosen my muscles, unlike most deep tissue massages I have had, it didn’t hurt at all. It’s been a few days since my massage and I’m still feeling the benefits! I’ll be going back for sure!
