Good experience but used to being in a spa treatment room and not a hotel room!

I arrived at Dorsett hotel at 10:50am. Reception was busy with check outs. I waited my turn and told the receptionist I was here for my spa appointment- was told to wait on the side someone would come down and collect me. Emilia came down and greeted me before bringing me upstairs. On the way up she explained a routine test alarm would be going off and not to worry. Once in the room the mood was set lights off aromatherapy and music. Before we started I was asked health questions - any allergies

Really enjoyed our massage ... actually wished we could have had a full body massage. The ladies were lovely and not to chatty which was perfect for me and my friend who just wanted to relax and enjoy! Without a doubt I would visit again .. really enjoyed the experience
