I tried to call several times to reschedule the appointment but they never picked up the phone up and couldn’t leave messages for some reasons! So i never made it to the appointment as I got stuck at work and as it was a pre-paid I also lost my money. I will never book again. Customer service is essential to me.

Jackie was lovely, very friendly. She goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable. Often during a Hollywood wax you can feel very exposed and a bit awkward but Jackie makes sure you are no more uncovered than you need to be. The wax was brilliant too, Jackie took her time, was very gentle and thorough. Thanks Jackie! I will definitely return.

I went to childsplay Fulham for a eyebrown waxing and i'm very satisfied for the service. The lady was very nice and caring.
