A nice salon, still going through some teething issues. I had to wait 20 minutes for my 9am appointment. The wax was fine but the hand/foot polish wasn’t. Lying down for a manicure is impractical and the lighting was poor, meaning that I saw many flaws once I got home. Very poor selection of polishes meant that the therapist had to offer me some of her own. It’s a shame that this experience wasn’t better, but I’ll try one more time.

Walked 30 minutes there on my lunch break to be told the beautician had gone home. I was not made aware of this beforehand and there was not much of an apology either.
