I really really don’t want to leave a bad review, especially since I’ve come here loads and have always had an amazing experience. But my lovely long natural eyelashes which usually touch the bottom of my eyebrows, are now singed stubs that have been permed flat against my eyelids. Every single one is about 1/4 of the length they were before, and have all broken off. I’ve tried alcohol, to try and loosen the perm, but all my remaining eyelashes are just falling out. Really awful and upsetting.
