I think I must have been double booked, so fair bit of hanging around and dipping in/out (subsequently very late for my next appointment). Desi and her colleague did what they could to mitigate all this, but somewhat unnecessary as I could have simply come at a different time.

Popped in for a bristle blow dry as I was going to a ball in the evening. Found this salon on line, never been before. Great service with a warm welcome on arrival. Professional consultation with Ellie and then a lovely hair wash with her assistant.
Can only say fabulous things. Ellie was lovely. We had a great chat. My hair looked wonderful. Wish I lived close enough to become a regular!
