I would give 10 stars if I could! It was my first time, and the girl at reception gave me a beautiful smile and made me feel so welcomed. Ellie is a gem. She is lovely, kind, happy, and an amazing professional. My blow dry lasted for 4 days! She rocks! I would 100% recommend her.

I think I must have been double booked, so fair bit of hanging around and dipping in/out (subsequently very late for my next appointment). Desi and her colleague did what they could to mitigate all this, but somewhat unnecessary as I could have simply come at a different time.
