I chose Olivia, a graduate stylist as I don’t usually want to pay more than £40 for a blow dry unless for an important occasion (in this case it was £35) and as my hair is quite tricky I was a little nervous.
Olivia was so reassuring and not only was she talented and very well trained she actually listened and took everything I said on board without making me feel like I’m completely neurotic about my hair (I am!) but for me a bad hair day = game over until the next blow dry!!!
