Chaos in the salon, stylist was friendly according to a customer service handbook and apologetic but distracted. Length feels uneven now left and right, but its long hair, I can live with it for now. While a haircut and blow dry could be considered a treat, it was exhausting (blow dry a bit aggressive and no appreciation of different hair types quite some pulling) and I was happy when it was done. No drinks were offered, while the 6 year old next to me got a hot chocolate :) we have tried x
