I've been going to Gabriella for my beauty treatments for several years. She is far and away the best therapist I've ever been to: attentive, gentle, completely painless waxing, and always produces perfect results. Very highly recommend.

Unfortunately, the whole experience was extremely rushed. The one hour slot for a wash, cut and dry was kept to strictly, allowing time only for a quick straight cut all the way round. There was no consultation of layering/fringe/face framing at all, only length, so instead I had to request this at the end as Ellie was about to clear up, making it difficult to ask for any alterations other than a slight trim around the face. The salon was simply too overbooked and not worth the price tag.
