Booked with Ellie for a post-baby treat. Came with reference photos, wanting soft layers. It looked passable when styled in the salon, but when I straightened my hair at home, it looked uneven and choppy. An unsolicited comment about being “overdue” for a haircut wasn’t appreciated either. Another stylist later described it as one of the worst she’d seen and spent an hour correcting it. I don’t review lightly, but check your hair thoroughly before leaving the salon. Won’t be returning.
