Do not like the impersonal computer booking and follow up.
My preferred stylist is Valentina who I have used for a few years. I did not find out from the computer how to select her!
I hope you have not stopped telephone booking after the present situation improves.

i have been trusting Valentina with my hair for upwards of 5 years - she is a delightful person and a highly skilled hairdresser

The only problem was that I had an 1100 appointment. Finally someone else washed my hair around 1120 after which I had to sit and wait again until just after 1130 for Desi to finish her previous appointment. At one point around 1110 there were three people waiting in the entrance area and there was insufficient space to socially distance.
