I’m a demanding customer but Misha has been incredible and got it all right from the very first visit, correcting a colour I wasn’t at all pleased with. Lovely, professional and calm atmosphere : top marks. I’ve only been a few times but the colour seems pretty perfect to me, and I’ve tried many.... top marks!
