Unfortunately, the whole experience was extremely rushed. The one hour slot for a wash, cut and dry was kept to strictly, allowing time only for a quick straight cut all the way round. There was no consultation of layering/fringe/face framing at all, only length, so instead I had to request this at the end as Ellie was about to clear up, making it difficult to ask for any alterations other than a slight trim around the face. The salon was simply too overbooked and not worth the price tag.

Absolutely brilliant throughout. Valentina knows how to look after her customers with the utmost care and professionalism. The results are consistently superb and she’s such wonderful company too. I cannot recommend her highly enough .
