My appointment was rescheduled last minute. When I arrived at the new agreed time, I was left waiting around so left, only to be called back and left waiting around again. Ended up leaving for the second time, having been strung along for almost an hour, with no ETA and didn't end up being seen. Beyond fuming, completely disorganised my day off and ended up not being seen at all.
