I was really excited to go get eyelash extensions, especially with such a high rating, I expected amazing eyelashes. First things first, I never did a patch test for the glue. It is on me to have not done it but when I asked “if I do the patch test, can I come tomorrow”, the answer was “Well I booked you in for one hour today” and so felt pressured to say no to the patch test and risk it. I was then asked if I wanted an eyebrow tidy up which made me feel bad about myself and pushed to spend money. I did say no but I thought it was unprofessional. I was barely given any indications on how to take care of my eyelashes. I was then told that I would need to get an infill after one week which I think is ridiculous when my friend paid more than half at another place and lasted totally for 2 months. For £75 you expect them to be intact for longer than that. The set up is also quite unhygienic as my technician did not wash her hands before doing my lashes and touching my eyes. Although my eyelashes don’t look at that bad, my experience was pricey and disappointed.

Happy with the eyelashes when I had it done they just fall off quite fast.

Very rushed. And their idea of bikini line is minimal removal. She tried to talk me into an extended bikini line wax to get a bit more of a decent was, but that would been more expensive. I thoughtI paid enough to expect a decent bikini line
