The staffs were nice and the place looked really busy. I had a wait a little while for my appointment and when I finished my facial, the waiting area was still full. I had a luxury facial which was good, I left feeling refreshed and my skin was smooth. However, I would have preferred it if the therapist had explained each product before she applies it to my face or explain each step before she did it, e.g. "I am now going to extract the blackheads, and so it may cause a little discomfort but please don't be afraid to let me know if it gets too uncomfortable" I would have rather her given me warning in advance as I am a little sensitive about removing blackheads and it would have been good if she explained a little more about the products that she was using. She just asked if I had sensitive skin before of the treatment and that was it. It was my first time at this place but normally at other places, I recall filling out mini survey/forms to check for my concerns etc.
The room I was in was small but it was comfortable. They had relaxing music playing in the background, however it wasn't enough to cover the hair dryer noises outside of the room.
Overall, despite the minor downfalls, it was good value for money and I enjoyed my experience there.
The salon was very busy when I went and my appointment was 30 mins late but this was fine as I was updated as to the delay and had a comfortable place to sit .
The massage was good but the loud noise from the hairdryers and the loud laughing and chatting from outside was really disruptive and I couldn't relax at all .
I would not return based on this .
Been getting my eyebrows done my whole life and never experienced cuts before the woman has literally butchered my eyebrows I’ve got red cuts all underneath my brow
