Will never go there again. I thought I will give it a change because my regular hairdressers is over a hour away. I regret my decision! Stylist was yanking on my hair with the brush causing me extreme discomfort. Not to mention the unclean tools. Had to wash my hair again at home because it was so unsanitary. The stylist was pulling out someone else’s hair from the brushes right in front of me before she used it on my own head.

Zaana was amazing, as per usual, she has magic hands for sure. The comcit upgrade was definitely worth it for my facial, saw and felt the results immediately and have been getting complimented all day. The salon and manageress are absolutely professional, warm and hygienic; ambience is probably unbeatable in ilford. This treatment has absolutely earned its place in my monthly routine.
