Unfortunately I had a very unpleasant experience. I went to do my eyebrows, they told me to sit at on the beauty chair but the area was covered with USED cotton pads, USED wax strips and tools. They then prioritised other customers despite already running 10 mins behind on my pre-booked appointment. To make matters worse, they tried to use the used spoolie on me from the beauty chair next to me. Prices have gone up too, but hygiene has gone down a lot which is unfortunate.

I regularly visit Anju’s and it a neat and friendly hairstylists and understands our requirements. I usually go for hair wash cut and blow dry and it’s always good experience with them.

The Hot Chin Wax service was poor and the lady started to thread after wax and cut my skin in several places and still managed to miss a few hairs after repeatedly showing to her.
