They should wear gloves and prioritise their personal hygiene, especially body odour. Instead of talking to their colleagues in their native language, they should focus on serving their customers.
The salon was extremely clean and the service was amazing. My only issue however was a hidden fee that I only found out about when I got to the salon and the wait time. I was made to wait for 20 minutes and was told that to have a curly blowdry it would be an extra £10
