I went in on the 30th to get a Hollywood wax, the lady who did mine was terrible, she left all the sides and she left a lot of hairs which I had to tweeze out myself. I’ve since gone to another place which got rid of the outstanding hair with no problem. I have been here before with no issue but seemingly this time they just didn’t try. Will not be returning.

My appointment was good, I was seen on time and didn't have to wait. The hairdresser was friendly and cut my hair as directed. The price was great... I will definitely return for my next haircut:)

I had the dermalogica facial. Therapist was great and did everything that was outlined in the treatment except the personalised consultantation. Loved the end result and felt completely relaxed during the facial. Worth it just for the face massage!
