Unfortunately I had a very unpleasant experience. I went to do my eyebrows, they told me to sit at on the beauty chair but the area was covered with USED cotton pads, USED wax strips and tools. They then prioritised other customers despite already running 10 mins behind on my pre-booked appointment. To make matters worse, they tried to use the used spoolie on me from the beauty chair next to me. Prices have gone up too, but hygiene has gone down a lot which is unfortunate.
