What a difference during this visit to the last, was greeted by a friendly receptionist who asked if I would like a drink then asked to take my Jacket, was seated very quickly then Billy came to cut my hair, very amicable and had a pleasant conversation before long my cut was finished and I was on my way out, very pleasant very quick very sociable, great experience this time round. well done.
Men's Haircut
Usually walk in and wait for haircut, unfortunately tried on three occasions with no success, decided to book out of shear frustration, walked in at 12:25pm, sat and waited until 12:35pm was asked to have a seat, there was nowhere to hang jacket so just left it thrown over a seat, usually ask if I would like a drink didn't on this occasion, always used to give a tip, didn't on this occasion as Three attempts to have a haircut is ridiculous.

Lovely salon and wonderful staff,I had my hair washed and a massage,then a lovely curly blowdry which lasted days, would definitely return when in birmingham next.
Blow Dry
i used Ankara for the first time and will defiantly be using it as my regular salon. I will also be recommending to Friends and family. I went in for a colour correction as somewhere else had completely ruined the colour of my hair. I felt anxious but the end result was fabulous I loved my new hair colour and how I was treated and the atmosphere in there made me feel relaxed.
