Everything was good except the fact that I didn’t get the result that I was expecting. Really upset about spending 4 hours here and yet got the ginger color in my routs which I hate! But lovely staffs, lovely and clean environment.

Really Patient and helpful.Loved that I could book online. Really long hair and had a lot cut off real. Will be back.

Sadly on this visit we arrived to a note on reception saying
"cash only, card payments not accepted"
I think a courtesy call from the receptionist would have been basic customer service.
Instead I was advised the nearest cashpoint was
"at the top of the road"
I.7 miles there and back with a baby and an autistic child was not what I was expecting.
Very disappointed.
