I went to this salon asking for platinum and dark brown balayage, making it very clear that I didn’t want any yellow tones. Unfortunately, what I got was platinum highlights mixed with yellowish tones, which was exactly what I wanted to avoid. To make things worse, after just one wash, the platinum parts turned yellow, completely ruining the look. It’s so disappointing to spend time and money expecting professional results, only to end up with something I specifically said I didn’t want
