It was a bit bizarre.. I turned up and the woman asked me how long I wanted to stay for, even though I had clearly booked for 1hr. She then opened the door, put what looked like a rough swimming towel on the bed then closed the door... As I was getting a sports massage I usually talk to them before about where I want to focus on, so I was confused as to whether it was going to be just back, full body, what? I assumed back, so I lay down with my bottom half still on.
It was a great massage, very firm which I like as I wanted to get rid of knots rather than 'relax', but I did notice at no point she asked whether the pressure was okay.. Which could be awkward for some people.
She then went on to massage my legs, even though I had my trousers on still? The weirdest part about it was that someone else came in the room, was very quiet, and then left after about 15 minutes while I was having the massage... It worried be slightly, and I had no idea who it was!!!
When it was finished I wasn't offered a glass of water or anything, and when I went to pay I found out they only take cash (strange) and so had to go outside in the rain, find a cash machine and then come back.
My back feels good today, but because of the awkwardness of the situation and how uncomfortable I felt... I definitely won't be coming back.

Massage itself was lovely. However my beauty therapist had the salon phone in the room which went off twice, not what you want during a massage! Also had to leave the room to see someone in and then abruptly ended my massage 5 minutes early.
