This was my first time waxing my underarms and it went really well. I'm not going to lie, it did hurt, but only the first pull - all the other ones after that were very mild. Ankita was really lovely and made me feel totally at ease, and was very thorough, leaving no hair left at all. She gave good recommendations for aftercare as well!
