Had my haircut by Iysha last week and she made a fab job very friendly staff at a great price
Was disappointed to hear staff talking about another client complaining that they always booked via Treatwell which as a Treatwell client made me feel uncomfortable. I’m new to the area and using Treatwell to find a new salon. Lots of good reviews for this place so was surprised... I don’t mind a no frills salon but their customer journey needs a look at. I did not leave with a smile on my face. :(
I absolutely loved my highlights and hair cut. I will definitely recommend this salon to any lady. Will definitely return to this place!
Colette was friendly and professional. She really listened my concerns regarding my hair and the style I wanted to have. And she did a brilliant job! Best cut I have had here in St Albans. Exc3llent value for koney.Highly recommend!
Really like the hair cut, but I’m a bit disappointed to the colour, and I need to pay extra 10£ .
