Ian made me feel very welcome even though I had made a mistake about my appointment day. He offered to cut my hair himself so that I did not need to return on the day of my actual appointment. He is a very experienced stylist and is clearly passionate about hair cutting. He took time to listen to me and understand what I wanted and to make sure my bob was absolutely perfect. It is the best haircut I have had for many many years! I am so pleased with it. Thank you!
