I had an appointment online and we I arrived at the place I was told that they were not aware of the appointment and couldn’t be attend too. It wasted my time and it is very unprofessional. Other friends have had a similar experience.

the chair was very uncomfortable although they do look lovely. The pedicure itself was okay but not the best I've had

Overall good experience, although took slightly longer than advertised and would have had more than 2 colours to chose from for the BIAB treatment. Manicure was done very well
