Overall good experience, although took slightly longer than advertised and would have had more than 2 colours to chose from for the BIAB treatment. Manicure was done very well

This is the second time this salon’s messed my booking. Incredibly disorganised when it comes to appointments. Booked via Treatwell, arrived on time and informed technician on way. They also wrote my booking down in their salon diary, so salon were aware beforehand. Waited 30mins but technician didn’t come - seems like she wasn’t told she had a booking. Can’t fault her work as I’ve had her before and she is fantastic. Salon needs better management as this appears to be an ongoing issue.
